Similarly, the shortage of experienced and skilled resources is a growing concern, mentioned by 34% of participants, up from 19% in 2022.

While 47% of participants aim to integrate AI into their QA processes, there are significant obstacles to its adoption, including a lack of capable AI tools, security and privacy concerns, and insufficient skilled resources.
