We can deliver a turn-key solution through end-to-end or partial software development services such as project management, business analysis and information technology specific document delivery (requirement specification, technical design), software programming and testing.  We can also support our clients in third-party project delivery by providing quality control and acceptance testing services which guarantees that the delivered software meets or even exceeds the original requirements and reliability. SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Once the software is successfully rolled out, we can undertake the entire operations. It can include application operations and maintenance, bug-fixing, problem resolution, administration, regular maintenance tasks (e.g., backup-restore, data cleaning) – not only restricted to the application layer but also combining the infrastructure operations as well (server, storage, and network). Should the client request further split in responsibilities, we can narrow our services to application operations – even according to the ITIL model to 2nd and 3rd level support. We are able to maintain third-party developed source code by taking over operations, maintenance, support and change management. We have already gained many years of experience in that field.
