Erste recognized that in order to improve the work efficiency of its mobile employees and to ensure proper documentation of client meetings and thus timely decision-making, the company needed to find a way to eliminate time-consuming and error-prone paperwork for field workers.
Developing an application (FieldVisitor) optimized for mobile devices, that could be integrated with the bank’s IT infrastructure and connected with all necessary origination systems to support the Collection and Collateral division’s business processes.
The number of daily client visits increased significantly, mobile employees became more versatile. The software makes closer collaboration possible, with improved options to create, receive and delegate tasks to remote colleagues and follow up on parallel processes and activities.
